Returns & Exchanges

At Crazy House Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged merchandise. Please note that custom-shaped hats and worn boots are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping container to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
